Print Media Academy’s 1st Print Buyer University with International Participants
From January 13 to 16, 2009, international Print Buyers from
Ireland, Great Britain, Cyprus, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia took part
in the first Print Buyer University.
The four-day program centered on subjects as how to purchase and manage print-jobs successfully and covered topics like procurement procedures, print quality assessment, "Ok to Print" approval, and environmental standards.

The Print Buyer University's highlight for the participants were
the demos in the Print Media Center and at the Wiesloch-Walldorf
site, which were focused on practical production techniques the
attendees can implement in their daily work. The event was rounded
off by awarding the participants with the official certification as
"Print Media Advisor".
The Print Media Academy has already received the first inquiries for the next date, which will be in September 2009.
