Individual Coaching - Just for you

In the last few years, individual coaching has become a fixed partof modern training.

Are you keen to further develop your skills as a manager or salesperson? Would you like to improve your specialist or methodical skills? Individual coaching offers you or your staff personal support for all professional endeavors. The coach agrees clear and measurable targets and the scope of the coaching process with you, and then accompanies you until you feel comfortable to go it alone. - Initial session of approx. 2-3 hours
- Follow-up sessions of approx. 1-2 hours
- Duration of the entire coaching according to agreement and/or reaching of set targets
